Today I was stressed, hassled and late, a meeting I didn’t have time for… I set off in my car and told myself, you only have the present, you only have the present, take the moment as it is. I relaxed and had a productive meeting. So I looked for quotes along this line and yes this Eckhart Tolle one is just right.
